PARENT/PLAYER AGREEMENT

NO CELL PHONE USE IN DUGOUT DURING GAMES THEY SHALL BE LEFT IN PLAYERS BAGS TURNED OFF
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS DIRECTIVE WILL RESULT IN PLAYER SITTING OUT THE GAME AND POSSIBLY THE EVENT.
During the active season, all Players Softball Priority and Commitment shall be to the SOCAL ATHLETICS 18U-PREMIER MARINAKIS/ALBA ORGANIZATION. This includes priority over all High School Workouts that may interfere with practices and tournaments/games ..Guest Playing on other teams is considered a violation of team rules, WILL RESULT IN THE DISMISSAL OF THE PLAYER AND ALL FEES WILL BE FORFEITED. Players who are late for meetings , game time ( which includes walk to field as well as meeting at field in some tournaments which games begin at 8:00 am players meet at the designated field no later than 1 hour prior to game start that is on the field ready to warm up. Crocs..Slides.Slippers or any other shoe NOT ALLOWED. Only the cleats, turf shoes, sneakers are allowed when team walks into tournament. Players will be in full uniform during tournaments in between games . Team meets in Hotel 2 hours prior to game for meeting(depending on disteance to park) and team meets at front entrance to park 1 hour 30 min prior to game start.
****** ZERO TOLERANCE for acts of vulgar, harassing or violent behavior directed at a coach/ player, any illegal drug use, consumption of alcoholic beverages during practice, games and at hotels by a Player WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM THE ORGANIZATION ALL MONIES COLLECTED FOR THE SEASON WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE PALM BEACH BANDITS FAST PITCH ORGANIZATION RESULTING IN NO REFUNDS OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT PAID AND CRIMINAL/CIVIL CHARGES MAY BE PURSUED AT DISCRETION OF ORGANIZATION LEGAL COUNCIL.
Should a player quit the organization mid-season or at start of season all monies collected for uniforms and uniform pieces and season fees will be forfeited to Organization. Manager will pro rate tournaments and cost associated with tournaments prior to any applicable refunds due to season ending injuries and are at the sole discretion of organization.
Should a player be asked to leave the organization due to negative behavior which effects the team as well as individual players and coaches, upon dismissal of any player/s fees applicable to the season will be recalculated and may warrant a increase in remaining player fees and will be calculated at organization discretion.
Parents, friends, relatives of the player are not allowed near or in the dugout. (unless it is to administer medication or first aid to the player. Players are responsible for their equipment which includes water bottles, coolers, uniform pieces, once in the dugout Players are not to leave the dugout unless it is for a restroom break or injury. During warm-ups, Games and Practices Parents/Friends Former Coaches are not to attempt to coach the players in any form. Practices are closed practices spectators must remain away from the fence and dugouts during practices and warmups.
Players are not to be coached by parents, friends from the stands Players and parents are encouraged to cheer for our team and our success no matter the score or situation. Parents and Players are discouraged from making any derogatory remarks to or about opposing players as well as our Players.
Valid concerns shall be communicated to the Coaching Staff. Players and Parents are STRONGLY discouraged from approaching or confronting a player. Bring your concern and or complaint to the Manager and Coaching Staff and we will do everything within reason to resolve issues.
All uniform pieces are custom tailored, and each player will have the opportunity to try on samples. Once that player signs off on the sizes, she must accept the uniform given to her based on her approval. Uniforms will be worn with shirts tucked in always. Belts shall be worn always. Upon submittal of the initial startup fee each player will be issued Jerseys, Pants, Practice Shirts, Socks and Belts. Only FLORIDA BANDITS LOGO ISSUED UNIFORM PIECES shall be worn at all games and practices. Players will wear team practice shirts to all practices and team functions including team dinners etc. Color and style will be decided by Manager.
FUNDRAISING: NOT MANDATORY TO FUNDRAISE (PROCEEDS USED ONLY FOR PLAYER FEES AND STAY WITH ORGANIZATION ..AT THE END OF PLAYERS TENURE WITH TEAM OR SHOULD A PLAYER LEAVE THE TEAM OR BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE TEAM ALL MONIES COLLECTED FROM FUNDRAISING STAY WITH ORGANIZATION AND ARE FORFEITED BY PLAYER)
Any and all fundraising activities which are sponsored by or set up by the SOCAL ATHLETICS 18U-PREMIER MARINAKIS/ALBA Organization under the use of the Organization 5013c Tax Exempt waiver and funds received from the fundraiser belong to the AthleticsMarinakis-Alba Organization, and shall be divided among the individuals who participated in the fundraiser minus 10% of the NET GROUP TOTAL which will be charged as an administration fee by the organization fairly and accordingly to the time and effort that each player/players representatives put forth. The funds shall be deposited in a separate Organizational Account and distributed to the players accounts as credits towards fees that are necessary to participate, fees include and are limited to Tournament and coaches expenses practice fields Insurance,uniforms and pieces, website expense,administartion fees and equipment .
Players and Parents shall stay at Hotels with Team during Stay to Play Tournaments which are described as Tournaments which have mandatory Hotel Bookings through the Tournaments Travel Department. Any waiver to this rule must be approved by the team Manager/Head Coach. Any deviation to said requirement shall be discussed and approved by the Manager/Head Coach.
FEE STRUCTURE
Total Fee FALL 2025 $_TBD based on roster size_______ $600.00 NON-REFUNDABLE ADMIN FEE INCLUDED AND ALL FEES ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1ST 2025. Players fees are non refundable unless a player is hurt and must sit out the entire season. Once Florida Bandits Organization receives a commitment from players all fees collected are not issued back or refunded should a player then decide to leave the Organization.
In the event a Tournament is canceled, and the schedule has not been adjusted with a replacement Tournament, then each player at the end of the season will be credited for that tournament. If the Organization adds a Tournament to the schedule, then the opposite applies in which each player will be asked for additional fees to cover said tournament or any fund-raise monies if applicable shall be applied.
Organization fee will be divided into the following payments structure.
All dues must be collected on the agreed date set forth or the player will be withheld from upcoming Tournament Play. Players who are in arrears of the fees will not be considered for the following season until all back fees are paid in full. Manager reserves the right to invite or not to invite players to join team for additional seasons.
I have read all terms and conditions of this agreement and accept the rules and regulations set forth by the Athletics MarinakisPremier-Alba Organization and the Managers and Coaches.
